Microsoft to push out Windows Phone Refresh (Tango) update to T-Mobile's Lumia 710 users today?

According to leaked document, the next update to Windows Phone (Tango) will begin rolling out for Lumia 710 today!
Ironically, it's the same day Microsoft is expected to showcase the Windows Phone 8 OS to devs in San Franscisco.

Here's the leaked memo

The update 7.10.8773 brings with it bug fixes and improvements like....

• Enables tethering hotspot
• Resolved keyboard disappearing
• Resolved unlock screen getting stuck
• Improvements to uplink speed
• Improvements to camera quality
• Improvements to proximity sensor
• Improvements to software stability

The memo also states that the update roll-out is Microsoft's responsibility
